UAL and Diputación de Almería promote the first sustainable cultivation of fig trees under plastic

A research group of Plant Production and Applied Economics of the University of Almeria (UAL) is conducting a project that aims to sustainable cultivation under plastic fig trees to advance their production a few weeks or even months. This initiative has the financial support of the Provincial Council of Almeria that allocates part of its contribution to the collaboration agreement signed annually with the University of Almeria to this interesting project.
