"It is important to delve into such an important issue as psychosocial risks, which currently account for 50 percent of sick leave. It is an issue that is becoming more and more important every day. We are now in a post-pandemic era in which the production model and the way we interrelate has changed. It is good to highlight the importance of working in a secure environment and to be alert to the emerging risks that are currently emerging. It is important that all of us who participate and have responsibility in the prevention of occupational risks are updated on these preventive measures in order to achieve a healthier and fairer working environment that, at the same time, contributes to improving the competitiveness of our companies".
