Visits to the farm

Last Friday, April 5th, we were visited by students of the Biotechnology Degree of the University of Almeria, within the subject of Agricultural Systems, who showed their interest in seeing the facilities of the Experimental Farm. The person in charge of the visit was the UAL professor Francisco Manuel Padilla Ruiz.

Last Thursday, April 4th, we were visited by students from the Secondary School of Calatalifa (Madrid). The purpose of the visit was to see the operation and the tests carried out in the greenhouses of the Experimental Farm.  

Last Wednesday, March 20, we received the visit of the seed company Origene Seeds Ibérica. The purpose of the visit was to see the operation and trials carried out in the greenhouses of the Experimental Farm.

Last Wednesday, March 13, we were visited by members of the European PRIMA (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area) iGUESSmed project team, who showed their interest in seeing the trials of the Experimental Farm and the trials of the PRIMA Safe-H2O-Farm project. Last Saturday, March 2nd, we were visited by professors from the following universities: University of Almeria University of Loyola (Granada) University of Castilla La Mancha University of Malaga Polytechnic University of Cartagena The reason for the visit was to see the operation and trials carried out in the greenhouses of the Experimental Farm.

Last Friday, January 12, we were visited by the students of the Master in Mediterranean Horticulture under Greenhouse of the University of Almeria, who showed their interest in seeing the trials of the Experimental Farm. Last Thursday, January 11, we were visited by students from the Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo (Mexico). The purpose of the visit was to see the operation and the tests carried out in the greenhouses of the Experimental Farm. Miguel Urrestarazu Gavilán, professor at the University of Almeria, was responsible for the visit.

Last Tuesday, December 19, we were visited by the students of the course of Technical Innovations in Intensive Agriculture of the Miguel Garcia Foundation.
